Mário Norris joined Licks Attorney´s Rio de Janeiro office as an Attorney at Law in 2021. Mário´s practice focuses on judicial and administrative regulatory disputes as well as government contracts. Before joining Licks Attorneys, he served as the attorney general of Barra do Piraí county, in Rio de Janeiro.
