Fernando Marino joined Licks Attorneys’ São Paulo office as a paralegal in 2018 dealing with regulatory and intellectual property matters. Mr. Marino became an attorney at law in 2022 focusing his practice on complex IP, regulatory life sciences, and litigation. Fernando also works with contracts and compliance matters, participating in negotiations, preparation and analysis of drafts and corporate documents, as well as practicing non-litigious aspects of compliance, anti-bribery, anticorruption, and corporate law. Prior to joining the firm, Fernando was an intern at prominent Brazilian law firms, practicing litigation aspects of civil law.
