Ciro Albuquerque is a partner at Licks Attorneys and head of our office in Brasília. Member since 2015, Ciro initially worked in the Rio de Janeiro office, becoming in charge of the Brasília office in 2021. Specialist in Intellectual Property from PUC-RJ (2015), he has more than a decade of experience in Brazilian courts, in addition to a vast practice centered on complex disputes, with relevant cases of infringement and nullity of patents. He also has extensive experience in regulatory matters and administrative proceedings before public bodies. He is a member of OAB/DF’s Intellectual Property Commission and Vice-Chairman of the OAB/DF’s Regulatory Affairs Commission.
