Carolina Mendes is an Attorney at Law at Licks Attorneys’ Rio de Janeiro off ice since 2020. Before that, she had worked as a paralegal on our team since 2017. Her practice has been focusing on complex litigation and leading cases in the areas of intellectual propriety, unfair competition and regulatory compliance. She also has experience in administrative proceedings before government agencies, such as the Brazilian FDA (ANVISA) and the Brazilian PTO (INPI). Ms. Mendes is a Master of Law candidate at the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), with focus of study in Civil Procedure.
