Five-arbitrator ICC arbitration seated in Paris, related to a complex dispute arising from a shareholders’ agreement of a telecommunication company based in Southern Africa. The amount in dispute was USD$ 650,000,000.00;
LCIA arbitration involving a FIDIC Yellow Book Contract to the construction of a Highway in Central America, the amount in dispute was USD$ 200,000,000.00;
ICC arbitration related to complex contractual issues, involving a multinational pharmaceutical company;
CCBC arbitration related to the construction and administration of a World Cup 2014 stadium in the northeast of the country.

Professional Highlights

Ana Carolina has been involved with complex litigation and arbitration since the beginning of her LLB. She joined the Pontifical Catholic University of Parana (PUC-PR) arbitration team as an oralist in 2016, reaching third general place in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, the highest placing Brazilian Team ever.
