Thayana Berti joined Licks Attorneys’ Rio de Janeiro office as an Attorney at Law in 2016. Thayana’s practice focuses on intellectual property matters, including the preparation and prosecution of patent and industrial design applications in Brazil. Prior to joining the firm, Thayana has gained experience as a lawyer at a prominent Brazilian law firm conducting administrative proceedings before the BRPTO (INPI), including preparing and registering trademarks and contracts involving intellectual property assets, franchises, technology transfer, licensing of intellectual property rights, trademarks and trademark infringement.
